Charlie Ludlow is the founder and manager of Ludlow Tax Preparation. His experience as a tax preparer began in 1998 with H&R Block in Memphis, TN. He became an independent preparer in 2000 and through the years has grown his "tax family" to over 100 clients.
Unlike his competitors, Charlie refuses to offer Refund Anticipation Loans which he feels is a disservice to his customers.
"My goal is to offer a quality product at an inexpensive price," he says.
